The Government of Ukraine is to take a decision to support the initiative and sign an agreement between the competent authorities of Ukraine and the Netherlands regarding the transfer of the Malaysian Airlines plane crash investigation to the Netherlands, reported Ukrainian PM Arseniy Yatsenyuk at a meeting of the Government on Wednesday, July 23.

The Prime Minister stressed that this decision should be taken "to ensure the full independence and transparency of the process."

"Ukraine will take an active part in the investigation process of this crime against humanity, this international crime, for which a guilty must be brought to the international criminal court," emphasized the PM.

According to him, at this stage, "it's the right decision, which shows the position of the Ukrainian state that we are ready for a transparent, fair and international investigation of this fact": "We’ve got nothing to hide, unlike the neighboring country, whose name is Russia."
