"A key
argument, except
for the withdrawal of troops and artillery from the territory of Ukraine, is to
restore full control over the Ukrainian state border. If the control hasn’t been
restored, it means violation of a basic principle contained in the Protocol,
which was signed in Minsk," said the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy
Yatsenyuk to the journalists at the airport "Boryspil"
on Friday, September 26, following his working visit to the United States.
“The Protocol mustn’t be considered
as the points to the liking of the Russians and the points not to their liking.
It is not the menu. Each point should be followed,” he said.
After these
arrangements are executed, according to Arseniy Yatsenyuk, "there is a
possibility for us to get to proper peaceful negotiations", "In these
peace talks should be involved both the European Union and the United States of
America. At the time they signed the Budapest Memorandum, and we need factual,
not just written, guarantees of our territorial integrity and
independence".
