Arseniy Yatsenyuk noted, in order to pass the winter we lack 5 billion cubic meters of gas. According to him, now there are two ways to solve this problem. "We hold negotiations: the European Union and Ukraine as one, and Russia aimed at signing a provisional agreement until March 31 for the supply of natural gas," he explained the first option.

The second way, according to him, is a decision drawn by the court,” We have brought a special action in the framework of the general procedure. Within a month the court, unless we find an understanding in the trilateral format, will take a decision on the temporary price and terms of gas deliveries. As now it is a question of energy security of Europe”.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk reminded that the Russian side had suggested the price of gas for Ukraine amounting $ 500 per thousand cubic meters: "When we refused, we chose the way of signing an agreement and receiving a European price. We do not ask about any discounts. We are ready to pay the European price."
