PM: Government introduces payments to ATO members for complex prosthetic care abroad

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is to adopt an order envisaging a possibility to pay cash up to UAH 609 thousand for prosthetic care abroad for those who participated in anti-terrorist operations. Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk announced at a Government meeting on Wednesday, February 4.

"From the State budget we can pay up to 609 thousand hryvnya per one limb for the complex prosthetic care abroad, not available in Ukraine", he stressed.

This decision, according to the Head of the Government, is also called to simplify a procedure to obtain state assistance for prosthetics abroad, “To stir up the possibility for a person to get the prosthesis and funding from the state."
