Prime Minister of
Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk appealed to the heads of regional state
administrations on a weekly basis to publish reports on the use of budget
funds. He said at the enlarged session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
on Wednesday, 11 February, with the participation of President of Ukraine Petro
Poroshenko, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroysman,
chairmen of regional state administrations.

Moreover, the Head of
Government stressed that fiscal decentralization had been held “to avoid non-transparent
tenders, sending funds to private firms, those [funds – ed.] paid by the

to the community", he accentuated.
Arseniy Yatsenyuk stressed
that with this purpose the Government had drafted amendments to the public
procurement law "and a specific procedure to disclosure information about
the use of budget funds".
The Prime Minister
appealed to the heads of regional state administrations and town mayors to weekly
publish on the RSA websites the reports on use of budget funds, "To make

to the RSA heads, "When there is such difficult situation within the
country, we should go to the people and explain. In a similar way, as the Head
of state explains, the Government explains - what we do and what for".
