On Thursday, May
14, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk met with Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, who arrived to Kyiv for a visit.
Key topics of the
talks were the issues of overcoming of Russian aggression and implementation of
the Minsk agreements, carrying out of economic reforms and fight against
corruption, as well as aid from the United States in these processes.
Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Victoria Nuland
discussed the progress in the implementation of the cooperation program with the
International Monetary Fund and preparation to coming into force of the
Ukraine-EU FTA since 1 January 2016.
topic of the meeting was cooperation in the investigations regarding the
illegal output abroad of wealth of former Ukrainian officials.
