Odesa region needs funds for the Odesa-Reni road construction. The Government is ready to give half of the excess planned receipts from the operation of Odesa regional customs to the Odesa budget. Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk told this on Wednesday, June 24.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk noted that he had a meeting on this issue with the Head of Odesa Regional State Administration.

"They needed additional funds for the construction of the Odesa-Reni road. The Government has a proposal. We have planned revenues from Odesa regional customs. All that is above the plan will be divided 50 to 50. Some 50% - to the national budget, 50% - to Odesa," the Prime Minister stated.

"Everything is in your hands. We are ready to conduct such an experiment," Arseniy Yatsenyuk said.
