Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Minister of Foreign Affairs and
International Development of the French Republic Jean-Marc Ayrault
tackled the progress of Ukraine in implementing reforms during a meeting on
Volodymyr Groysman told the Foreign Ministers of France and
Germany about the priorities of the Government’s activities. So, according to him,
among the topmost objectives for the Government is maintaining macroeconomic
stability in the country and facilitating economic growth.
The Prime Minister informed the interlocutors about the
positive signals in the development of the national economy.

Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development of
the French Republic Jean-Marc Ayrault welcomed the reforms initiated by
the Government. He noted progress in restructuring the banking sector, in
taxation, inter-budgetary deficit, tariffs for energy, and efforts to combat
corruption. Also, according to him, changes are triggered in the legal system,
electronic asset declaration system for state officials.

fact that reforms have been launched for the whole country, especially those to
root out corruption."
