The possibilities of the New Ukrainian School should be similar for all schools in all regions of the country. It is crucial that opportunities of the New Ukrainian School be equal for everyone regardless of the place where children study or teachers work, stated Volodymyr Groysman.

The Prime Minister expressed assurance that educational standards envisaged in the concept should be identically implemented through the country, irrespective of the size of inhabited localities.

There is the New Ukrainian School framework. This school is aimed to be the same basic educational system in consolidated territorial communities, small villages, towns and cities as well. It is very important that this standard be introduced throughout the country, we should avoid such an approach this school is better and that one is worse. There is a school, there is a standard - we should be striving [to comply with it], should invest and achieve equal opportunities, stressed Volodymyr Groysman.

Speaking about the concept of changes in secondary education system the Prime Minister noted that recently the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine had approved the concept of a health care reform. Thus, according to his words, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is making fundamental steps towards upgrading these spheres: what our vision of medicine, education, civil service, social policy is and which is our energy strategy. The Prime Minister emphasized that the Government was systematically focusing on changes and their impact.

This groundwork that we have been laying is the response to the deficit the society is facing the absence of faith in the future, stressed Volodymyr Groysman.
