Prime Minister: Land reform is aimed at development of rural areas

INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENT OF THE SECRETARIAT OF THE CMU key objective of the land reform, which is being elaborated by the Government, contemplates the development of infrastructure in rural areas and the formation of farms capable of producing a quality product, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman on air of TV channel "112.UA".

"I go against selling land to foreigners and large agricultural holdings. I consider that it is not for us. I advocate that individuals could sell each other land to create farms. The production can be ensured by farmers. There is sufficient amount of work in rural areas. Besides, they need normal leisure activities, a normal club and medical point", said the Head of Government.
