Prime
Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman
participated in a Requiem meeting dedicated to the anniversary of deportation
of the Crimean Tatar people. The event was held at the National Opera of
Ukraine, it was opened by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
The meeting
participants noted that forcible deportation had become one of the most
criminal and shameful special operations of the totalitarian Communist regime
of the Soviet Union. And so the tragedy experienced by the Crimean Tatar people
73 years ago must never happen again but cannot be forgotten.
