The best
practices of Bavaria in education sphere, in particular vocational education
sector are very useful for Ukraine in that regard. This statement was issued by
Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during a meeting with Prime
Minister of Bavaria Horst Seehofer on Thursday.
“We
consider building a deeper joint partnership in vocational education sphere to
be highly beneficial. You possess a significant experience which can be adopted
in Ukraine", stressed the Head of Ukrainian Government while discussing
potential spheres for strengthening cooperation
Moreover,
Volodymyr Groysman expressed gratitude as well as welcomed the readiness of the
Bavarian State Ministry for Education, Science and the Arts to establish a
platform seek to ensure the exchange of information between the Ukrainian and
Bavarian universities which will facilitate the introduction of
inter-university partnerships, student exchange programs and joint research
projects, as well as will allow to adopt a positive decision concerning question of the premises for Ukrainian
Saturday School in Munich.
The sides
also tackled the possibilities of participation of representatives of Ukrainian
higher educational institutions in the governmental delegation which will pay a
visit to Bavaria upon the invitation of the German side.
