the introduction of Fourth-Generation Mobile Communication System (4G) in the state, in particular
requirements for the operation of operators, conditions for conducting tenders
for the sale of licenses and the cost of licenses. Presenting the decision,
Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman noted that for the Government it is important that
frequencies be sold on a competitive, honest and open basis.
