It is necessary to create such rules and conditions in Ukraine that will ensure the equality of all citizens and business. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman in the air of 24 Channel on Wednesday, April 20.

"Equal conditions for everyone, from the bottom to the top, everyone works publicly, everyone pays taxes," said Volodymyr Groysman, "Everyone should receive market relations, no more government influence on power, and vice versa. And then this system starts functioning."

The Prime Minister emphasized that large companies and oligarchs have to engage their own business and have no impact on the State. However, they also have to be under equal conditions, he noted.

"They have to create jobs, they should stay away from politics, not to influence on the State, it is very important. Unless we go through this, our state will always be under threat," the Prime Minister said, "I think the power can’t be used against any of them by request of one of them. Therefore, it is important that such rules be utterly public, open to the whole Ukrainian society."

"I guarantee that oligarchs won’t influence on me personally, and I am not going to have any conversations with anyone if this is contrary to the State and state interests," underlined Volodymyr Groysman.
