Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman calls on MPs of Ukraine to plan sources of repayment in the draft laws providing for additional expenditures from the Budget. He said this during A Question Time at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Friday.

"It is very important not just to design laws, but it is vital to make socio-economic calculations in such revenues, consider the source, that is, the amount of funds needed to cover these payments. This will distinguish us from populists and will make us real statesmen who offer not just empty words, but decisions", said Volodymyr Groysman.

The Head of Government noted that certain MPs tabled proposals regarding the laws of social nature, which lack proper analysis.

"I call to develop a responsible position here - there is a law, there is relevant calculations and fixed a source to take from and a source to direct to, then this is our common policy", stressed Volodymyr Groysman. According to him, all other approaches are empty rhetoric.

The Prime Minister urged the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada to ensure that, in line with the Regulations, MPs did the calculations on the sources of repayment, when registering such bills.
