Government stressed that until recently the civil service used to be one of the
most conservative and closed systems. Instead,
fundamental changes would not have been possible without proper quality of administration.
"It is our
commitment to build a strong country," the Head of Government said, "Therefore,
we are facing two challenges: to create a new system of public administration
and to bring those capable of embodying the change, those devoted to serving
the State and capable of providing quality services".
Minister thanked Ukraine's partners and experts for supporting the reform of public
administration. "We have to make progress on this path. I want to reassure
