Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Arsen Avakov launch new patrol police project in Dnipropetrovsk

During his working trip to Dnipropetrovsk on Tuesday, July 21, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk together with Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov announced the start of the new patrol police project in the city.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk noted that in Dnipropetrovsk there would work 1100 new police patrol officers: "Dnipropetrovsk police will get to the streets in November. Overall there will be a hundred of permanent crews."

A salary for the policemen of Dnipropetrovsk, according to him, will be similar to that of Kyiv – 8 to 10 thousand hryvnyas.

"We invite everyone who wants to protect peace of Dnipropetrovsk citizens to apply and participate in the competition. First and foremost, it concerns the anti-terror operation participants - our soldiers who are defending the sovereignty and independence of Ukraine", emphasized Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
