On the results of
January-February of 2018, building products index in Ukraine made up 100.7%,
while the growth in non-residential building segment - commercial real estate amounted
to 14.2%, according to the data provided by the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine.
It is worth
noting that the positive dynamics has preserved amid record showings of last
year when the average monthly indicator of construction upped by 20%. We call
your attention to the fact that commercial real estate is property that is used solely for business
purposes and that is leased out to provide a workspace.
The State
Statistics Service’s data confirm the general trend of growth of industrial
production, which, on the outcomes of the year - February 2017 to February 2017,
boosted by 2%.
